Costs
From 31st August 2009 our costs will be as
follows:
- Hourly childcare rate -
£3.75
- Nursery
Education Funded care presently stands at £3.52 per hour funding
available for up to a total of fifteen hours per week.
- Added
charge for parents collecting their child/ren outside of contracted
hours (to cover extra staffing costs) for each five minutes over -
£5.00
- Added
charge for parents collecting their child/ren outside of closing hours
(to cover extra staffing cots) for each five minute period over 6:30pm
- £5.00
- Hourly childcare rate (statuatory public holiday) - N/A
- Late payment charge (for payments received after
the weekly Friday deadline) - £5.00
- Please Note: The late payment charge will be appled weekly for any outstanding fees.
- Lunch and Evening Meal are charged at
£1.85 each
- Breakfast(1)
Breakfast Club at the Beaumont Centre - £1.25 (inc's choice
of toast & jam/marmalade or cereals + fruit squash or milk)
- Breakfast(2)
Btreakfast Club at the Beaumont Centre - £1.50 (inc's choice of

juice, fruit squash or milk)

We are the only
After School Club in the local
area
that provide a hot home cooked meal every night including dishes such
as shepherds pie, a range of pasta dishes, sausage and mash,
fish
fingers and lots more as well as a vegetarian option.
We cater for any food allergies a child may have.
Most of our meals are provided with vegatables and potatoes and all are
followed with a variety of fruit for the children to choose.
The food that we provide helps and encourages the children to have a
healthy balanced meal at the end of a long tiring day at school - which
proves to be popular with parents and children.
Meals
are charged as

For
all you busy parents we can also collect your children from
school. All our carers/drivers have business insurance on
their cars
and are crb checked. They carry booster seats in their cars
for children under 135cm, the current regulations on child safety
seats, so you can be assured that your child is being transported
safely. To cover the costs of petrol and insurance all
pick-ups are charged as follows:
- School pickup's charged at £1.55.
- Pick
or Drop off from or to specific locations, i.e. Home is
charged at £2.00 (Minimum Charge)
Please
note: The cost of cancelled Pickup's, Drop off's and meals will
only be deducted subject to parents/carers notifying us no later than
7:00pm the previous day
* Government funding is available for
children aged 3+. They are eligible for it the term after
their third birthday. This means that the cost of up to five
pre-school sessions per week will be paid for by the government. A leaflet describing the funding can be found at the Leicestershire County Council Web-Site.
The full fifteen hours can be utilised by parents for
their child over a three day period we are one of a handful of
providers in North West Leicestershire and South Derbyshire that can
presently offer this flexible service to our customers.
